How do I order?

You can order directly from the website or you can email your order to info@floralraffia.com and we will send you an invoice

 

How do I pay for my order?

For local orders you can EFT directly into our bank account. For international orders you can make use of Paypal.

 

Can you ship internationally?

Yes we can. We use DHL. For international shipping requests please email info@floralraffia.com

 

How long will it take me to get my order?

You should receive your order within 5-7 business days.

 

How can I check the status of my order?

We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order is shipped via email.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, you may cancel or change your order within 24hours of placing it.

 

Can I exchange or return my order?

Returns and exchanges are accepted for all items within 30 days of purchase. Please visit our Returns & Refunds Policy  to initiate the returns process.

 

 Why did I only receive part of my order?

Don't worry, it's on its way! While we do our best to ship all orders in one package, there are times when orders will ship from multiple suppliers. If you did not receive multiple tracking numbers, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
